Fall 2022

Undergraduate Students

The registration entry date schedule is based on earned hours. This does not include the hours in which you are currently enrolled.

This year Registration takes place in Self-Service Banner 9 accessed via the Registration Tools Tile in MyPortal.

Registration for Fall 2022 begins on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 by assigned entry date for all currently enrolled undergraduate students.

Registration opens at 8:00 am Eastern Standard Time on the designated dates listed below. Please note, registration closes each day at 11:59 pm; it re-opens the next morning at 8:00 am. For example, students with 90-122+ earned hours can begin to register at 8:00 am on Tuesday, March 29. Students with 80-89 earned hours can begin to register at 8:00 am on Thursday, March 31.

Registration for all currently enrolled students, regardless of earned hours, begins on Tuesday, Wednesday, April 13, 2022.

NOTE: After June 20, 2022 please be advised that there is limited registration availability for Fall 2022 courses during the summer due to New Student Orientation/Registration.

June 29th - July 6th

July 27st - August 14th

August 20th - Drop/Add deadline (Aug 25thfor Express I and August 29th for full term courses)


Summer 2022

Maymester and Summer Sessions registration begins March 15, 2022 for College of Charleston students.

Preparing Your Registration Plan

Don't wait until the last minute to begin preparing your registration plan! Students who have not declared a major should contact the Academic Advising & Planning Center at 843.953.5981 for an appointment. Students who have declared a major should contact their faculty advisor(s) for an advising appointment.
