Faculty Honors
Faculty Honors List
At the end of each semester, the Office of the Registrar publishes the faculty honors list. Students are named to this list who were enrolled in and completed at least 14 semester hours and who earned a GPA of 3.80 (highly distinguished) or 3.60 (distinguished). In neither case may there be an "I" (Incomplete) or a grade lower than "C".
Dean's List
The honor of inclusion on the College of Charleston's Dean's List is awarded to students who have earned highly distinguished faculty honors for both the fall and spring semesters of the academic year. Students who enter the College in the second semester are consequently ineligible for the yearly class honors for that academic year.
