Following the links below will take you to more information on each topic. If you are an undergraduate seeking to earn a Bachelor's degree this information may be helpful to get you on track for successful graduation and commencement eligibility. Always confer with your academic advisor to ensure you are on track to graduate as planned.

Keep in mind that Graduation = Completing ALL requirements for an academic program and is discussed separately from commencement eligibility. Follow the Commencement Ceremony and Senior Information Website links (below) for detailed commencement and senior event information.

 Before you begin to make plans for graduation, you must declare your Academic Program in the department(s)
(i.e.: degree/major; concentration, emphasis, minor are optional but must be declared before you apply to graduate).

•  Complete all General Education and Institutional Requirements

•  Complete all Major Requirements (including concentration/cognate or minor if applicable)

•  Review your Degree Audit with your advisor to determine what your Expected Graduation term will be

*GRADUATION APPLICATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE A DEGREE CAN BE AWARDED*
Fall 2009 graduation application deadline was Oct. 1, 2009. You can still apply via the late paper application. Contact our office for assistance.  Apply for fall graduation if you will complete all requirements for your academic program this term. Click on the link above for information on Spring 2010 graduation application.

$25 LATE FEE (non-refundable) if Graduation Application is submitted after the deadline--spring/fall only. (Click link above for more information)

•  Review your Graduation Status Notification

•  Commencement Ceremony Eligibility

•  Diploma (includes replacement information)
Fall 2009 Undergraduate Diplomas will be available for pick up Jan. 6-8, 2010. Visit the Senior Information website (below) for details. Be sure your Graduation Address is up-to-date and all fees are paid before you leave the college!
